Secure Checkout & Payment Protocols

Orders within Pakistan are paid in rupees, cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is not offered for any address outside Pakistan.

For an order from another country no payment is taken at checkout: we confirm the shipping cost and send the payment details by email or WhatsApp first.

Online card payments (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and PayPak) are being set up with our partner bank in Pakistan. Until they are live, no card details are asked for anywhere on this website.

When they go live, you will enter your card details only on the bank's own secure payment page. Handy craft never sees, stores or processes your card number, expiry date or CVV.

Every card payment will be verified with 3D Secure 2: your card-issuing bank confirms it is you with a one-time password (OTP), your PIN, or approval in your banking app by fingerprint or Face ID. A payment that fails this check, or that the bank's fraud systems flag as high-risk, is declined.

Our prices are set in Pakistani rupees (PKR), and every payment is settled in PKR. You can view prices in your own currency; those amounts are converted at the day's rate and are a guide only. Your card issuer may charge its own conversion fee.

The amount payable in PKR is shown on the checkout page before you place your order.

A refund is paid only to the original payment method: a card payment back to the same card, never in cash. The full rules are in our Return & Refund Policy.

The whole website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your order details are used only to make, deliver and support your order, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
