Terms of Service & Custom Orders Consent

All digital design files sold on this platform are instant-download or custom-delivered digital assets.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of CNC files, vector designs, and 3D models are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure software and hardware compatibility before completing the purchase.

Digital delivery: a file is released only after your payment is confirmed by our bank or payment provider. It is unlocked in your account or sent to the email address on your order, and we keep a record of each delivery.

Every physical item produced in our workshop using CNC precision cutting is custom-made to order based on dimensions and specifications selected by the customer.

Once production begins on a custom-sized or personalized order, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

The one exception is damage in transit or a fault in our work: report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, and we repair or replace the item free of charge, or refund it where neither is possible.

A mandatory consent tick is required at checkout to confirm you agree to these non-refundable custom manufacturing terms.

An order placed on this website is an offer to buy. It becomes binding when we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Prices are set in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and may change without notice; the price shown when you place your order is the price of that order. Amounts shown in other currencies are a guide at the day's rate; every payment is settled in PKR.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a price or description was listed by mistake, an item cannot be made or supplied, or the phone number or address cannot be verified. Anything already paid for an order we cancel is returned in full.

Wood, plywood and MDF vary in grain, colour and tone from piece to piece and from the photos on your screen. These differences are the nature of the material and are not defects.

Sizes are given as accurately as we can; small differences from the stated dimensions are normal in cutting and finishing.

Where a listing says that the photo shows the design, your piece is made to order to that design and may differ in small details from the picture.

When you send us a design, logo, name, photo or file to cut, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that we may use it to make your order.

We may refuse to make anything that appears to infringe someone else's rights, or that is unlawful or offensive.

You are responsible for the spelling, wording and dimensions you give us. Personalized items are made exactly as ordered, so please check them before you confirm.

The designs, cut files, photos and text on this website belong to Handy craft or to their respective owners, and may not be copied, resold or reused without written permission.

Buying a digital file gives you the right to use it on your own machines. It does not give you the right to resell, share or redistribute the file itself.

If you believe that something on this website infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will review it and, where it does, remove it.

CNC files are supplied for use by a competent machine operator. Before cutting, check the file, the tool, the feeds, the depths and the work-holding on your own machine and material.

Handy craft is not responsible for damage to machines, tools or material, or for injury, caused by running a file.

Nothing in these terms removes a right that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Beyond those rights, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or the cost of a delay.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as courier or customs delays, power cuts, strikes or severe weather.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan. Please contact us before any formal step: most problems are solved faster directly, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
