Digital Files: Delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email.

Custom CNC Workshop Orders: Custom manufacturing takes 3 to 7 business days before dispatch.

Drop-Shipping / Sourced Items: Dispatched directly from international fulfillment hubs within 3 to 5 business days.

Local orders within Pakistan are shipped via domestic couriers (COD available) and take 3–5 working days.

Orders from outside Pakistan are placed as an order request: nothing is charged at checkout. We email you the shipping cost for your country and the payment details, and production starts once you confirm.

International shipments are dispatched via tracked global carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or international postal networks).

Delivery timelines generally range between 10 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Tracking numbers will be provided via email as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their respective country's customs department.
